Tasks: • Are the offspring in care important to you? You take responsibility for the training on the bed station and let our nursing students and FaGe learners benefit from your know-how • You accompany, promote and empower our students and learners in their individual development process • Training interviews, control of learning processes and creation of qualifications are part of your everyday work • You shape individual learning processes in learning and working communities with great joy, commitment and creativity and actively contribute to a positive learning climate • In addition, you take on the holistic care of neurological patients to a lesser extent as well as the independent planning, organization and implementation of nursing interventions Requirements • You have completed training as a nurse / nurse specialist HF / FH as well as at least two years of professional experience in an acute hospital or in rehabilitation, ideally in the field of neurology • You have successfully completed the SVEB certificate trainer: in "individual support" or "conducting learning events" • You enjoy accompanying young adults and actively designing learning processes in everyday practice • You see yourself as part of an interprofessional team that seeks pragmatic solutions together • Your high commitment and quality awareness for patient care set you as an example We offer: You can expect a varied and educational working environment with high quality standards in care – always in accordance with the available resources.
