- Definition, Überwachung und Optimierung der administrativen und finanziellen (Budgets, Buchhaltung, Controlling) Verwaltungsprozesse der Abteilung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung, der Zentrale und den Asylzentren
- Leitung und Organisation der Buchhaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Headoffice
Main responsibilities
- Definition, Überwachung und Optimierung der administrativen und finanziellen (Budgets, Buchhaltung, Controlling) Verwaltungsprozesse der Abteilung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Abteilungsleitung, der Zentrale und den Asylzentren
- Leitung und Organisation der Buchhaltung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Headoffice
- Mitverantwortung für die Erstellung von Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen sowie für die Rechnungsstellung
- Mitverantwortung für die Erstellung der Jahresbudgets
- Unterstützung der Asylzentren in sämtlichen finanziellen Belangen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der kantonalen Vorgaben und der Vorgaben von Caritas Schweiz im Fachbereich Finanzen und Administration
- Einführung eines Dashboards und Sicherstellung einer regelmässigen analytischen Berichterstattung
- Bewirtschaftung des internen Kontrollsystems und Sicherstellung der Überwachung
- Eidg.
- Fachausweis im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit mindestens 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung in einer entsprechenden Position oder einem als gleichwertig anerkannten Abschluss / Bachelor-Abschluss einer HEG
