For the Companies and Events department within the Implementation division, we are looking for a new team member starting in early October 2026 or by agreement.
Responsibilities
- For the «Work and School» pilot program, you recruit for students in the 2. and 3. Secondary level work placements at training companies in the private sector and at institutions.
- You organize information events on career choices and upper secondary schools, involving external partners in the process.
- You coordinate organizational processes related to events and work assignments and ensure smooth execution.
- You maintain contact and good cooperation with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- You are familiar with the education landscape and are able to communicate, both in writing and orally, with a wide variety of contact persons in a manner appropriate to the target group.
Profile
- A completed vocational apprenticeship and at least one continuing-education qualification from a professional examination in sales, HR, communications or business administration are an advantage
- Sales and organizational talent – tenacity and perseverance in acquisition
- Organizational talent
- Quick comprehension, interconnected and logical thinking, good presentation skills, and an independent and conscientious approach to work
- Affinity for IT-related topics
