• Carrying out preventive examinations, check-ups, vaccination consultations and prevention discussions
• Treatment of acute and chronic diseases according to current family medical guidelines
• Development of individual treatment plans involving somatic, psychosocial and family factors
• Long-term care and support of patients within the framework of primary care
• Health promotion and disease prevention – active in conversation and through structured processes
• Coordination of interdisciplinary measures: care, therapies, diagnostics, special consultation hours
• Evaluation of medical findings (laboratory, ECG, imaging, external reports)
• Accompaniment of rehabilitative processes and close follow-up care in complex processes

Your profile – professionally sound, humanly engaged

• Completed further training as a specialist / specialist in general medicine (FMH) or equivalent title with MEBEKO recognition
• Entry in the MedReg of the Canton of Zurich
• Enjoyment of patient-centered medicine with focus on holisticness and continuity
• High sense of responsibility, structured working methods and team orientation
• Interest in preventive medicine, digitalization and active participation in practical processes
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
