For our customer, an established Swiss industrial company in the fields of mechanical engineering, precision manufacturing and industrial system solutions, we are looking for a reliable, professionally experienced and independently working personality for the Hinwil ZH area as a polymechanic CNC machining 80100% (m/f). 02 Your task – Independent setup, operation and monitoring of CNC lathes and/or CNC milling machines – Production of precise individual parts, small series and series according to technical drawings and production specifications Create, customize and optimize CNC programs according to your experience and machine park Conducting dimensional, visual and quality controls throughout the manufacturing process Ensuring the required dimensional stability, surface quality and tolerances – Selection and professional use of tools, clamping means and machining parameters Detection, analysis and correction of deviations and faults in the manufacturing process – Optimization of processing processes, set-up times and existing production processes Careful care and maintenance of machines, tools and measuring equipment – Collaboration with AVOR, quality assurance, production and other technical areas 03

04 Your profile – Completed vocational training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, CNC mechanic or comparable basic technical training – Professional experience in CNC manufacturing, ideally in turning, milling or multi-axis machining – Experience in setting up and operating CNC machines independently Reliable reading and interpretation of technical drawings as well as a good understanding of tolerances and production specifications – Good knowledge in dealing with test and measuring equipment, tools and clamping technology – CNC programming skills on Fanuc, Heidenhain, Siemens or comparable controls are advantageous – Strong quality awareness and a precise and structured working method Technical understanding and enjoyment of demanding precision production Independent, reliable and solution-oriented personality with a strong team spirit – Good knowledge of German in words and writing – Readiness for day or shift operation, depending on the respective application area 05 Worth knowing This is what our customer offers you.
