• Independent setup, programming and operation of equipment
• Carrying responsibility and optimising workflows
• Processing of small and medium series
• Execution of checks (first, intermediate and final)
• Maintenance and maintenance work for the respective machines

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship (production mechanic/plant and/or apparatus manufacturer)
• Several years of professional experience in the laser welding plant TruLaser Cell 3000
• Rapid understanding and willingness for further development
• Clean, exact working method and high quality awareness
• Flexibility, resilience, self-employment and committed working methods
• Teamwork and loyalty
• Joy in dealing with machines, automation and people
• Networked thinking and very good spatial imagination
• Readiness for 2-shift operation and assumption of responsibility
• German skills in word and writing
