Are you our new leader who supports us as F&B Director: immediately or by agreement? Your area of activity:
- Host: Inside role with heart, passion and hands-on mentality
- Creating guest memories together with the entire team (service, kitchen, MICE)
- Change management and positioning of the new F&B strategy (focus on sustainability, experience and well-being) Further development and implementation of the F&B concepts and the F&B Guest Journey in cooperation with concept managers
- Leading by Example through Hands-on Leadership
- Coaching and promotion of the F&B team
- Overarching responsibility for the training of learners
- Ensuring smooth communication in the F&B team
- “Smart Revenue” through targeted additional sales, cost-efficient operational planning and use of strategic work tools
- Responsibility for optimizing F&B key figures in cooperation with GM
- Measuring KPIs and creating sales mix analyses (in cooperation with controlling) and coaching in defining measures and accompanying implementation
- Overarching strategic development of processes, standards, supply concept, presentation of food, etc.

- Higher education in gastronomy / hotel industry
- Several years of leadership experience in F&B in a comparable company
- Host personality with passion for excellent service
- Strategic thinking combined with a strong hands-on mentality
- Experience in the development of F&B concepts and the optimization of key figures
- Enjoy developing leaders and teams
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a good sense of quality, turnover and costs
- Communication strength, organisational talent and enforcement
- Experience in project work and openings/new openings
- Enthusiasm for vegan-vegetarian cuisine
- Experience in change management
- Well-founded MS-Office knowledge, in particular Excel and ppt
- IT-Affin / Interest in new technologies
- Good oral and written knowledge of German
