The 3-star Sorell Hotel Sonnental with its 100 rooms and its 3 flexibly combinable banquet and seminar rooms for up to 120 people is a popular business and city hotel. The restaurant and wellness facility are a popular meeting place not only for hotel guests, but also for guests from the area. Due to the convenient location with good motorway and public transport connections, the hotel is very easily accessible. Are you our new team member who joins us as F&B / admin intern: in per 01. July 2026 supported? This position is limited to January 31, 2027 in a 100% amount. Your area of activity:

• Administrative work and correspondence
• Accompanying onboarding process for new entries & exits
• Supervision of the QM and ICS agenda
• Daily, monthly and cash and debtor handling/invoice positions
• Preparation, organisation and organisation of events
• Duty services in day and evening operations
• Preparation of evaluation, reporting and calculations
• Help with the inventory Your strengths:
• Studying at a hotel management or hotel trading school
• Completed basic semester
• Good oral and written knowledge of German
• Good oral and written English skills
• In-depth IT knowledge in MS-Office and industry-specific systems
