With heart and professionalism, we accompany people with disabilities. We support, support, care and care. For this purpose, we offer 148 living places in various forms of living as well as 180 workplaces. In addition, 90 seats are available in the day care center. Our 11 residential groups with individual focuses are located in Bülach and Kloten. The residents are motivated to lead a largely independent life, in which we support them and promote their independence and self-determination on a daily basis. The support team consists of 8 people with different professional backgrounds. Your activities Your day-to-day work is versatile: You provide individual support for the residents according to agogic principles and design individual development plans together with the team that place the focus on the person holistically. You plan and coordinate everyday life, have conversations with relatives, doctors, doctors and authorities, team members and supervisors. Conversation with residents is an important part of everyday life. You like to organize and participate in excursions and joint activities and promote professional exchange. You actively participate in team meetings and contribute your experiences, ideas and observations. Together we are committed to a strong work ethic with high standards of professionalism and quality. We succeed best with a lot of humor, joy and togetherness. Special feature: From summer 2027, we will be offering a training place for social pedagogy at the location, which is not yet available.
