We imagine a sympathetic, initiative person who likes to independently take over the versatile tasks in our well-established team and keeps an overview even in hectic times.
Your main tasks and responsibilities
- Handling of A-Z from extensive customer orders with worldwide departure locations (China, India, Czech Republic Germany and Spain) on all modes of transport
- Contracting and production of shipments in cooperation with forwarders and production plants
- Preparation and procurement of letters of credit compliant documents
- Control of performance billing
- General administrative activities
Your qualifications
- Commercial or technical teaching (ideally in the industrial or forwarding environment), alternatively maturity
- Further training in foreign trade, export/import and/or forwarding
- Several years of professional experience in transport and cross-trade
- Flowing knowledge of German and English in words and writing, every other foreign language advantageous
- Team-oriented personality and problem-solving ability
- Good knowledge of letters of credit processing
- Experienced handling of MS-Office applications
- Knowledge of SAP Preferred
- Structured and proactive working methods
