Your responsibilities

• Preparation and direction of medicines: Careful and patient-specific preparation of medicines in compliance with hygienic and quality-relevant standards. This activity must be carried out in the afternoon, but the working days can be arranged flexibly.
• Workplace organization and documentation: control of medical prescriptions in the clinic information system (CIS), precise regulation of medications and complete documentation of all steps.
• Communication and cooperation: Close coordination with the pharmacy, the medical service and the nursing staff to clarify any discrepancies and to ensure optimal medical care.
• Storage and handover: Professional storage of the medication as well as on-time handover to the care, including passing on relevant information about the medication.
• Quality assurance: conducting regular self-checks, complying with current guidelines and actively participating in internal training for continuous quality improvement.
• Organizational support: Participation in the optimization of medication stocks on the wards in cooperation with the ward secretary.

Your profile

• You have completed training as a specialist pharmacy EFZ.
• Ideally, you will have experience in dealing with medicines as well as knowledge of drug logistics and distribution.
• A responsible and careful handling of medicines is a matter of course for you.
• They work in a structured, exact manner and always keep an overview even in a dynamic environment.
