- As a wound consulting team, we perform outpatient and inpatient wound consiles and accompany patients with complex wound situations.
- We work closely with various specialist areas and interprofessional professional groups.
Main responsibilities
- As a wound consulting team, we perform outpatient and inpatient wound consiles and accompany patients with complex wound situations.
- We work closely with various specialist areas and interprofessional professional groups.
- We advise, coach and support nurses and treatment teams in professional wound care.
- At the same time, we advise and empower patients in dealing with their wound and thus promote as independent care as possible.
- With regular further education and training, we also contribute to passing on current knowledge and professional competences in wound management.
- With a lot of commitment, we also devote ourselves to specialist and practical development.
- In addition to our clinical activities, we take on conceptual tasks and actively shape the further development of wound management at USZ – for example, in the development of action-oriented recommendations, the further development of standards or as part of certifications. Requirements
- Completed training as a dipl.
- Nurse FH with at least two years of professional experience
- A degree in wound management, for example as a dipl. wound expert: in SAfW, or the willingness to complete a corresponding further education in a timely manner
