The Centre for Paraplegia at Balgrist University Hospital guarantees comprehensive care for paraplegic people.We are looking for an agreement to strengthen our ventilation team at the Center for Paraplegia Tasks: • They are jointly responsible for ensuring the quality of care and evidence-based further development of care practice for the topics of respiratory support and ventilation. • Together with your colleagues You provide the professional guidance of nurses in complex ventilation situations and respiratory support therapies • They promote, accompany and support nurses as well as health professionals in the areas of respiratory support and ventilation • They are part of the Shared Leadership Team Care and work closely with care management and education • They represent the care in the interprofessional rehabilitation team and carry out internal training on the topics of respiratory support and ventilation Requirements • You have completed further training as a respiratory therapist or expert/expert respiratory care • Several years of professional experience as a Dipl.
