Main responsibilities
- You care for patients: oncology/hematology and or radio-oncology with complex clinical pictures
- You actively bring specialist topics into the departmental activities
- You impart knowledge and pleasure in the profession with didactic skill
- Together with the care expertise, you are responsible for the professional support and quality assurance in the department
- You are the first contact person for the team members in technical questions
- You support long-term and newly employed employees through targeted coaching: Requirements
- You are an accomplished nurse and have a bachelor's degree as well as, at least two years of professional experience in the acute hospital and the willingness to complete a specialized further education in nursing.
- You bring very good communication skills and a quick understanding
- In quickly changing situations, you feel comfortable and can set priorities
