- Manage end-to-end programme administration — registration, scheduling, materials, logistics and post-programme follow-up — delivering every programme to the highest professional standard
Main responsibilities

- Deliver an exceptional participant experience , ensuring every interaction reflects the premium standard our clients expect
- Administer our Learning Management System (LMS) and webshop (campus.swissre.com) — course setup, user management, progress tracking and reporting
- Act as the primary contact for participant and faculty queries, engaging confidently with senior stakeholders across cultures and time zones
- Coordinate with internal teams and external providers on bookings, contracts and logistics, keeping every moving part aligned
- Support financial tracking, invoicing and reporting in close partnership with the Production & Digital Enabling team

- For Slovakia, the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1,900 and EUR 3,200 per month for a full-time role. The specific salary offered considers:
