Main responsibilities

  • Your responsibilities help drive our success and create a welcoming environment for colleagues and stakeholders. In this dynamic role, you will:
  • Deliver confidential and high-quality administrative support to members of Senior Management.
  • Organize and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Welcome and direct internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compose routine and non-routine correspondence based on notes or instructions.
  • Process incoming mail, ensuring it reaches the right people promptly.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and business activities.
  • Manage office supplies and organize travel logistics using Zurich’s internal procurement tools.
  • Prepare expense reports and handle payments for business expenses.
  • Uphold compliance with legal and regulatory standards in daily operations.

Key requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 5+ years of experience in the Administrative area AND
  • If you have experience providing executive support, and are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
  • Have experience in planning, organizing and scheduling work
  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken) Preferred: Strong project management skills
