Role overview
Event Management Executive
Responsible for planning private and social events at the hotel as well as off-site catering.
You will coordinate collaboration with all departments within the hotel and with clients to ensure a consistent, high level of service throughout the entire preparation, execution, and follow-up phases of events.

- You enjoy planning and organizing events such as birthdays, weddings, baptisms, and other social occasions both at the hotel and as outside catering services. You hold a Class B driver’s license
- You organize in a structured manner and enjoy communicating fluently in German and English You are resilient and a team player
