Tasks
- Actively shaping the direct patient care and bringing your expertise to clinical practice
- Advising and supporting colleagues in the field of technical questions and promoting knowledge transfer
- Further development of care-related topics together with the nursing expert and support of evidence-based care
- Implementation of practical training, short inputs and participation in specialist and thematic groups
- Co-design of care quality, standards and processes
- Support of employees in their professional development and role model function in everyday clinical life
Requirements
- Care specialist/care specialist HF/FH with Bachelor's degree in care
- At least two years of professional experience in acute hospital
- CAS or willingness to undertake in-depth training
- Enjoyment of professional development, interprof-essional cooperation and knowledge transfer
- Open, solution-oriented personality with team spirit and initiative
