For our oncological bed station at the site Triemli we are looking for immediately or 1. December is a committed and motivated personality.

Tasks

• You work in direct care and shift operations and support and advise the nursing staff in the team in the analysis and implementation of complex patient situations.
• As part of shared governance, together with the leadership/educational and nursing development team, you ensure the quality of care on your own station and help develop guidelines and standards.
• You provide direct support in practice transfer and work on higher-level quality and care projects.
• You use constructive teamwork, your role model and your strong communication skills to make an active contribution to interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation.

Profile

• Degree as a Dipl. Nursing professional / Dipl. Nursing professional FH/BScN
• 2 years of experience on an oncology station
• High level of service and service competence as well as a strong quality awareness
• Independent and self-responsible working methods as well as interest in interdisciplinary and interprofessional cooperation
• Ability to think in a network and enjoy varied and complex care situations
