The Centre for Paraplegia at Balgrist University Hospital guarantees comprehensive care for paraplegic people.We are looking for an agreement to strengthen our nursing expert team at the Center for Paraplegia Tasks: • They are jointly responsible for ensuring the quality of care on the bed stations and for a further development of care practice based on evidence • Together with your team You will provide the professional guidance and coaching of the subject experts • They advise, train and support the nurses in complex care situations as well as in challenging mobilisations and camps • You are part of the shared leadership team and work closely with care management and education • They represent the care in the interprofessional rehabilitation team and carry out care and Kinaestethics-related internal training Requirements • You have a Master of Science in Nursing and have in-depth knowledge in Kinaesthetics, preferring level Kinaesthetics Trainer • Several years of experience as a Dipl.
