- Advising internal departments on all issues regarding the implementation of requirements in the Atlassian environment (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management), as well as for other project management applications
- Administration, configuration and continuous development of the applications we are responsible for
- Customizing applications, including via low-code
- Efficient implementation of incident and problem management, as well as ensuring 2nd and 3rd level support for application-related inquiries

- Successful degree in (Business) Computer Science or equivalent IT qualification
- Relevant experience in design, operation and consulting (Jira & Confluence) for Cloud and Datacenter
