By agreement In our nine operating rooms, more than 8,800 procedures are performed annually in the fields of visceral surgery, bariatric surgery, vascular surgery, traumatology, orthopaedics, hand surgery, urology incl. Da Vinci, gynecology, ORL and pediatric orthopedics as well as plastic reconstructive surgery. The Institute of Anesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine provides more than 18,000 anesthesia hours annually in the operating room and in the White Zone. Modern, evidence-based anesthesia is practiced in all areas of anesthesia. Direct applications are preferred, external recruitment offices are not treated as a priority. Here they engage

• in preparation, carrying out anesthesia under specialist delegation in all shifts
• in the individual care of patients in intervention rooms such as shock room, angio and bear room as well as in resuscitations
• in the supervision of students in NDS HF anesthesia care and assistant doctors in training
