Your tasks essentially include
- Provide patient-oriented and professional care in all three shifts
- Promoting and supporting nurses and the team in specific, complex care situations
- Identify practice-relevant questions and development topics of the department and define professional development goals
- Continuous development and assurance of quality of care
- Co-responsible for the development and implementation of concepts, guidelines and technical changes
- Organising and conducting case meetings
- Active participation in hospital-internal, thematic specialist groups
- Active participation in practical development projects and ensuring contact with relevant bodies
- If interested and suitable represent the Head of Care IPS in their absence together with vocational training
Assuming personnel and professional management tasks during this time You bring:
- Bachelor in Care Switzerland or SRK-recognized
- Post-graduate studies IPS or ZINA-recognized foreign IPS further education
- Safety in the management of the care process, the implementation of nursing history and in clinical assessment
- Knowledge of practical development methods (e.g. moderation of case discussions, coaching and feedback, planning and accompanying changes)
- Knowledge of Evidence Based Nursing
- Good IT and media user knowledge
