Public distribution execution is not just about bringing products to market. Our task is to understand the market, know the needs of investors and translate a European strategy into locally functioning solutions. For our Structured Solutions – Public Distribution Execution team in Zurich, we are looking for a person who wants to take real responsibility for the Swiss market. In close cooperation with our Origination team, you have the opportunity to directly shape how Vontobel develops and positions its offering of structured products in Switzerland.

This means understanding the market and its development in detail, recognizing and, if possible, anticipating the needs of investors, developing a competitive product range, building strategic relationships with our partners and actively representing Vontobel in the market.

This role is ideal for people who want to combine analysis and relationship maintenance, strategy and execution. We are looking for a curious, entrepreneurial and customer-oriented personality who is willing to try out new ideas and develop into a central point of contact for Vontobel in the Swiss market for structured products in the long term.

This is what awaits you

• Maintenance and further development of the product range in the area of investment products and leveraged products, as well as development of new product ideas
• Continuous analysis of the competitive environment and developments in the market for structured products
• Independent support of the customer hotline as well as answering all customer inquiries from private investors
• Appearance as the face and voice of the company on channels such as YouTube, LinkedIn or Instagram
• Moderation and presentation of market reports, video updates and reels in front of the camera
• Organisation and support of trade fairs, stock exchange days, seminars and customer events
• Development and implementation of marketing concepts in close cooperation with marketing
• Independent video production from ideation and scripting to the final camera appearance
• Positioning as an expert and approachable contact for the trading community in the digital space
• Conduct of live webinars and interactive online seminars as main speaker

You bring that with you

• Several years of professional experience in the financial market environment, ideally related to structured products or public distribution
• Very good knowledge of structured products as well as a good understanding of financial markets and market structures
• Strong analytical skills and a good sense of customer needs and market trends
• Excellent communication skills, high service orientation and pleasure in customer contact
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and joy in taking responsibility and trying out new ideas
• Very good communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to explain complex topics easily and comprehensibly
• Enjoying customer contact, building long-term partnerships and public engagement
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Teamwork, resilience and a structured, independent and goal-oriented working method
