Do you not only want to run applications, but also understand how systems and business processes interact and actively develop them? To strengthen our Group IT team, we are looking for a dedicated and solution-oriented personality as an ERP Application Specialist. Your place of work is our headquarters at Ambassador House in Opfikon. You also have the opportunity to work partially in the home office.

In this versatile function, you will manage our ERP systems and the associated systems along the business processes of our real estate management. You will analyse professional and technical issues, support our internal customers and accompany improvements and further developments from requirements to testing to introduction. You work closely with departments, internal IT teams and external partners.

Tasks: ERP Application Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%, Opfikon

• In this role, together with your team, you ensure the stable operation of our ERP systems and the associated conversion systems.
• You will analyze technical, procedural and technical issues and work on them independently as part of our application support.
• For error analyses and data checks, you use test systems, database queries and other technical analysis tools.
• You take requirements from the specialist areas, analyze them and accompany their implementation from solution finding to testing to introduction.
• You recognize optimization potential in business processes and applications and actively contribute your own suggestions for improvement.
• You also configure central system parameters, manage permissions and ensure the quality of relevant application data.
• You participate in releases, quality assurance measures, ERP developments and cross-divisional projects.
• In addition, you support the departments in the onboarding of new customers and, together with the teams involved, ensure that the required processes and master data are correctly mapped in our systems.

Requirements: ERP Application Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%, Opfikon

• You have completed training in computer science, business informatics, real estate or a comparable qualification.
• You bring experience in dealing with ERP or business applications and enjoy connecting technical processes and connections.
• Knowledge of real estate management or real estate accounting is an advantage. Alternatively, you bring the willingness to delve deeper into these processes.
• Experience with Wincasa Q and/or Garaio REM makes it easier for you to enter the function.
• Ideally, you have basic SQL knowledge and experience in handling ticket systems, test environments or data analysis.
• You work in a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way, take on responsibility and get to the bottom of questions independently.
• You enjoy working with different specialist areas and convince through a pronounced service and customer orientation.
• You master German very well in word and writing. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
