Main responsibilities

• You take over the technical responsibility for the commissioning, verification and qualification of complex production plants and accompany them until the successful transfer to production.
• You control challenging FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ and PQ activities, working closely with engineering, production, quality, suppliers and our international locations.
• You accompany software deployments, plant upgrades and transfers and ensure that plants and software work reliably in the respective production environment.
• In complex technical challenges, you are the central contact person: you carry out root cause analyses and develop sustainable solutions together with the teams involved.
• You support our production sites with ramp-ups, technical escalations as well as modernizations and lifecycle topics.
• You use your experience from projects and commissioning to continuously develop deployment methods, standards, checklists and processes and harmonize them across locations.
• You use digital technologies and AI tools to continuously improve troubleshooting, engineering, documentation and knowledge management.
• As a technical:r Expert:in förderst You will exchange knowledge within Manufacturing Engineering and contribute your expertise to reviews, lessons learned and the further development of our methods.

Required expertise

• You have a technical degree (FH/uni), e.g. in automation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or production engineering. This combined with comprehensive relevant practical experience.
• You have in-depth experience with production facilities, especially in the areas of commissioning, verification, qualification, ramp-up and technical lifecycle support.
• You are a real hands-on engineer: You like to work directly on plants and systems, get to the bottom of technical problems and put solutions into practice yourself.
• You have a high affinity for AI topics – ideally also deeper experiences with them.
• You are very familiar with automation, plant software, interfaces and qualification processes such as FAT/SAT and IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Complex technical problems You will be analytical and structured and convince through your own initiative, implementation strength and sense of responsibility.
• You like to work interdisciplinary, pass on your knowledge and can convince and support others with your professional competence, even without disciplinary leadership responsibility.
• You communicate very well in English and are ready to travel nationally and internationally during important project phases or technical challenges.
