Main responsibilities
- Develop turnover by analyzing customer needs, adapting the assortment and implementing effective commercial actions.
- Build customer loyalty by offering them impeccable service and quality products.
- Manage store finances by tracking accounts, establishing budgets and optimizing profitability.
- Represent the franchise to local authorities, associations and businesses to strengthen the store's role in the community.
- Plan activities and organize human resources to ensure smooth and efficient management of the store.
- Lead a team by managing its recruitment, training and motivation, in order to guarantee a positive working atmosphere. Required
- 2-5 professional experience as a franchisee: With team management
- Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC): Food retail manager or management
- Natural leadership: An ability to inspire, mobilize and support a team towards common objectives.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: An ability to act with ambition, to identify opportunities and to develop the activity with autonomy and creativity.
