Perspectively, there is the possibility to expand the area of responsibility by the postpartum and to accompany students in this exciting field of expertise. These are your tasks

• You accompany, promote and support students and learners during their practical training.
• You plan and design individual learning processes and carry out structured learning support.
• You are the contact person for practical trainers as well as the team in training questions.
• You work closely with the education manager and the management nursing and develop the training continuously.
• You participate in the recruitment of learners as well as in the implementation and further development of modern training concepts.
• You take on responsibility in direct care and are a professional and professional role model.
• You actively contribute to evidence-based, patient-oriented care and an appreciative team culture. You can expect a versatile function with development potential that sets you apart
• Diploma as a nurse HF/FH or an equivalent education recognised in Switzerland
• At least two years of professional experience in the acute hospital
• Ideally, further training in the field of vocational training (e.g. SVEB) or the willingness to complete it
• Enjoyment of accompanying and promoting students
• Educational skill as well as a structured and independent working method
• Strong communication and team skills.
• Enthusiasm for evidence-based care and continuous development
