YOUR TASKS

• Cross-location activities (at several locations)
• Ensuring an appreciative and goal-oriented support of assisted teams (about 3 teams)
• Regular and planned interactions / coaching with the entire team at team meetings
• Perceive group processes, classify them and make abnormalities in the team responsive
• Future cooperation with HR and specialist coaches in a coach team to accompany the teams
• Participation in working and project groups

• Housekeeping and/or care training
• Training at CAS level with experience in team leadership is beneficial
• Designated leadership and management competencies
• Ability to build sustainable relationships

• Experience in coaching and project management is beneficial
