• Co-responsible for the strategic development, the professional support as well as the protection of our Microsoft Entra ID environments and support for new use cases
• Ensuring a technically flawless and regulatoryly compliant implementation of Microsoft Entra ID, including continuous monitoring and the establishment of traceable processes
• Support and advise on company-wide projects for integration into Microsoft Entra ID as well as in existing IAM processes
• Promote close cooperation with all disciplines of Identity & Access Management and ensure knowledge transfer to the team
• Self-responsible support for internal and external audits within the framework of Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Completed degree in computer science (FH, Uni, ETH) or a comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience in the field of cyber security (engineering or architecture) in a regulated environment
• Many years of practical experience in the development and implementation of security concepts and the implementation of solution architectures in the field of Microsoft Entra ID
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and in-depth understanding of IAM concepts and processes
• Strategic and analytical thinking, combined with a structured way of working, excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues to target groups and to develop and implement a clear vision
• Very good language skills in German and English (at least C1)
