Goodbye school, hello professional world. Or even better: Hello SWICA! We like to train young people like you for life. That is why we really do our best to make it easy for you to start your career. From the introductory week to the final exam: we pack it together! What you learn and do with us

• You spend the first semester (6 months) at the ZLI in Zurich to develop your basic knowledge
• From the second semester, you will actively work in the specialist departments at SWICA
• You install and configure information and communication technology (ICT) user terminals and ensure their operation and network infrastructure
• You connect ICT user terminals to services and ensure the safety of the devices in operation
• You quickly recognize customer needs and deal with problems at the first two customer service levels (first and second level support)
• You instruct and support users in dealing with ICT means and their standard application What you bring
• You perform well in secondary school B or at 10. School year with (grades 4.5 or higher)
• With the Multicheck ICT expert you can reach at least 50 points
• You are interested in the topics within computer science and have a quick understanding
• You are practically gifted and have technical flair
• You are reliable, friendly and communicative and enjoy contact with people
