- As an Engineering Manager, you will co-lead a skilled engineering team, shaping the technical direction of key applications that power Swiss Re's Group Tax function.
- You will bring your deep technical expertise to bear — from hands-on development to architectural decisions — while fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of Java, SAP application engineers and DevOps engineers, guiding their technical growth, distributing tasks effectively, and scaling the team's delivery capacity
- Design, implement, and maintain new features, components, and interfaces across our application platforms, with a strong focus on simplicity, performance, maintainability, and scalability
- Take full lifecycle ownership of key applications and components hosted on both Public and Private cloud platforms, ensuring stability and continuous improvement
