Application process

• Create requirements for the procurement and use of ISR systems, describe new needs and participate in conceptual studies and feasibility assessments Represent the interests of the Luftwaffe in project organisations and national or international working groups Participate in system tests and tests in the framework of evaluation and procurement and assess the applicability of Air Force systems Create simulations and calculations for optimal use and interoperability of sensors Promote the interoperability of Air Force ISR systems in tests and exercises at home and abroad and pursue Air Force interests as an expert for ISR systems in international bodies University degree (uni, ETH) in a technical direction with several years of functionally relevant professional experience In-depth knowledge and experience in one of the following topics: analysis and design of complex networked systems, signal processing, radio frequency engineering, SW engineering and development of algorithms, application of statistical or numerical methods for problem solving Analytical thinking, rapid comprehension, teamwork, resilience and cross-system thinking officer/in the air force of advantage;
• Swiss citizens/in Good active knowledge of two official languages, passive knowledge of a third official language and very good oral and written English skills
