Your tasks
- Planning, organization and coordination of the assignments of care workers
- Ensuring optimal route and resource planning
- Maintaining and updating the operational data
- Telephone and written processing of requests for assignment planning for clients, relatives and employees
- Coordination of new registrations in cooperation with day-to-day managers
- Direct care assignments with clients amounting to approximately 10-30% (depending on the workload) with practical insight as the basis for targeted assignment planning
- Regular working hours from Monday to Friday
