- Receiving and forwarding all telephone calls and email messages Replies to telephone and written questions
- Acceptance and administrative processing of patient and customer concerns
- Ordering transport (taxis, etc.) Completion of various administrative tasks
- Collection of invoice amounts from self-payers
- Management of key cabinet, laptop allocation and lost property
- Offering key persons according to MHB in the event of extraordinary events
- Operation of the alarm alarm panels, in particular of the fire alarm system Requirements
- Completed commercially oriented training and several years of professional experience (advantage in the upscale hotel industry) Maintained occurrence Positive, attentive and responsible nature
- Resilient, quick comprehension, independent and exact working method Strong customer and service orientation
