Balgrist University Hospital is one of the most renowned orthopaedic clinics in Switzerland with an affiliated centre for paraplegia and international recognition.For our competent reception team we are looking for 1. October 2026 or by arrangement one or more Tasks: • A warm welcome for patients, visitors and staff • Friendly, competent provision of information and assistance • Receiving and forwarding all telephone calls and email messages • Replies to telephone and written questions • Acceptance and administrative processing of patient and customer concerns • Ordering transport (taxis, etc.) • Completion of various administrative tasks • Collection of invoice amounts from self-payers • Management of key cabinet, laptop allocation and lost property • Offering key persons according to MHB in the event of extraordinary events • Operation of the alarm alarm panels, in particular of the fire alarm system Requirements • Willingness to work shifts (between 06:30 and 21:15) and weekends/public holidays • Completed commercially oriented training and several years of professional experience (advantage in the upscale hotel industry) • Maintained occurrence • Positive, attentive and responsible nature • Resilient, quick comprehension, independent and exact working method • Strong customer and service orientation • Very good oral and written knowledge of German, understanding of Swiss German and eloquence in English and Italian are prerequisites; Other languages are beneficial We offer: • Opportunity to participate in a prestigious orthopaedic clinic with an excellent reputation • Motivated employees with great commitment • Comprehensive introduction • 50% discount on the ZVV bonus pass or an annual contribution to a general subscription • Enjoy a healthy and balanced lunch at discounted prices at our company-owned staff restaurant • Gifted free day for birthday Further advantages are just one click away: Attractive offers for our employees
