- Coordination and processing of customer requests via e-mail, telephone and on the front desk
- Processing of the front desk checklist (review reservations, check bookings and payments, maintenance of in-house advertising, handling of internal and external postal traffic)
- Management of studio reservations and their settlements
- Support of the Backoffice Team in Daily Business Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: in the commercial sector or comparable professional experience
- Completed basic or further education: in the commercial sector
- English (very good knowledge): other foreign languages of advantage
- Strong customer orientation and a high level of understanding of services
