Your tasks

• You check and invoice relevant performance, case and guarantee data for completeness, plausibility and tariff compliance – both in individual and mass invoicing
• You perform invoice corrections, cancellations and new invoices in single and mass processing
• You analyze, process and coordinate inquiries about billing as well as complaints and rejections from all billing areas
• You take over the professional correspondence and provide information to parents or parents by phone. Legal guardians, insurance companies, IV offices, cantons and other cost carriers Your profile
