Main responsibilities
- Clarification of patient and insurance data with insurers, resident controls and cantonal offices
- Timely cost securing of inpatient hospital stays, including requests for extension or reconsideration
- Management of administrative patient admission at the counter with direct patient contact
- Preparation of cost estimates and monitoring of custodial payments
- Telephone and written contact with patients and their relatives, insurers, authorities and employers
- Responsibility and cooperation in the main fund Requirements
- Commercial education and training - experience in health care or in health insurance in a similar function Good knowledge of social security

- Good foreign language skills in English (minimum B1) are expected, French and/or Italian skills are desirable
