- Cleaning and careful, clean treatment of all dishware, porcelain and cutlery as well as operation of the dishwasher
- Cleaning, provision and maintenance of the table top, incl.
Main responsibilities
- Cleaning and careful, clean treatment of all dishware, porcelain and cutlery as well as operation of the dishwasher
- Cleaning, provision and maintenance of the table top, incl.
- Table cleaning and equipping of the counters during lunch service and provision for the following day
- Active cooperation in the office area of the kitchen as well as regular assistance in the preparation kitchen
- Implementation and control of HACCP and specifications and guidelines of the Sous Chef as well as deputy of our logistics company
- Providing the terrace incl. Table/chair cleaning services Requirements
- Several years of professional experience: in gastronomy Clean, reliable and forward working method
- Flexible, punctual and physically resilient personality
- PC knowledge, in particular to collect and send e-mails via Outlook
- Friendly appearance, set up, communicative and team capable as well as open to new things No education/training required German (very good knowledge) Cosa of Friamo
