YOUR TASKS WITH GOOD RELATIONS

• Personal care and ensuring the well-being of our additional insured patients in close cooperation with the care and hotel industry
• Care of our international and VIP patients as well as ensuring a smooth stay
• Recording, processing and coordination of patient feedback, requests and requests including documentation in the CRM
• Organization and implementation of clinic tours as well as support in special situations (such as damage, loss and theft reports) and in demanding concerns
• cordial reception of patients, guests and visitors as well as reception and forwarding of all incoming telephone calls
• Administrative processing at patient entry, receipt of payments of upgrades and advance payments

Your profile

• Completed training as a hotel specialist / hotel specialist or in the commercial sector as well as some years of professional experience in the classic hotel industry
• Experience in customer support, complaint management and/or administration is beneficial
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Further language skills are advantageous
• Strong service and communication skills and a representative and secure presence
