Role overview

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Disputes & Fraud Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will play a key part in protecting our customers and ensuring the efficient handling of credit card disputes and fraud cases in a dynamic financial services environment.

Receiving and handling customer complaints and credit card fraud cases, including initial assessment and prioritization.

Key requirements

  • Experience in credit cards, chargebacks, fraud management, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent language skills in German, French, English, and Italian (both spoken and written).
  • Analytical, structured, accurate, and reliable working style.
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
