Do you bring organizational skills and medical understanding? As an employee in patient disposition, you use your organizational talent to ensure that our patients start their treatment in an optimally prepared manner. You support the efficient planning of operations, interventions and beds, work together with various specialist areas and make a significant contribution to smooth clinical operation.

YOUR TASKS

• Bed planning according to nursing priorities including morning bed coordination on weekends from the home office
• Administrative support for our patients – from registration to entry
• Admission of elective treatments incl. Creation of operations in the system
• Communication with medical doctors, patients and internal/external partners
• Independent work within an interdisciplinary team

Your profile

• Training: Specialist Health EFZ, Commercial basic training in the hospital sector, Medical practice assistant EFZ or equivalent training.
• Experience: Knowledge in the surgical environment, in surgical coordination or in comparable scheduling functions is desirable.
• Communication and IT skills: stylish knowledge of German in words and writing as well as addressee-oriented, clear communication. Advanced MS Office knowledge.
• Working methods: Structured, responsible working methods. Process-oriented, networked thinking.
• Teamwork: Teamplayer spirit, service orientation and resilience even in hectic situations.
