For our Hauswirtschaft Agogik team, we are looking for you as Employee/employee housekeeping (80-100%) Our residents, our external daycare providers and our people in need of support are at the heart of our activities and work. Housekeeping has a large field of meaningful activities, both in laundry and cleaning. In both areas, we work closely with the specialist teams and can thus find suitable work for all the people entrusted to us and live the inclusion and participation daily. We look forward to you integrating an open and upstanding personality who succeeds well with an appreciative and empathetic way of guiding, integrating and promoting 43 people who are currently being cared for. The Wagerenhof Foundation (affectionately called “Wagi”) in Uster has been a permanent home for around 250 people with multiple cognitive impairments for more than 100 years and offers over 50 employees in assisted jobs. We are a recognized, non-profit institution with a social mission. For this we give you the responsibility

• Support, support and promotion of employees with disabilities
• Need-based and resource-based support for work support
