The team, consisting of around 95 employees, consists of specialists, clinical nurses and therapists from various specialist areas. The center's main focus is on general medicine, emergency medicine, ultrasound medicine and telemedicine. At Medbase Winterthur Neuwiesen, we ensure a balanced work-life balance. • You work primarily in our Medical Contact & Coordination Center (MCCC) and the reception
• You are a member of our MCCC and hub of the center
• You coordinate appointment requests, triage medical requests and answer other requests
• You handle administrative concerns of practitioners and patients
• You will conduct medical triage and medical consultations under medical supervision What you bring
• Completed training in a health profession with clinical / patient-related activity
• Experience as a telemedical health consultant or as a receptionist with basic medical education
• Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
• Service experience in integrated primary care and at interprofessional seams
• Good IT skills as well as technical and communication skills
• Organizational talent and pleasure in patient care
• Empathy and flexibility
• Teamwork and humor in challenging situations
