From spring or autumn 2026 we are looking for you as an intern / intern in our studios for an annual internship in the 3rd year of training as a student / activation HF (100%) In our studios, together with about 55 residents, specialist workers produce decorative products for internal use and gift items for sale. With your work, you make an important contribution to the fact that we can offer our residents a needs-based daily structure – and of course also to the fact that the Wagerenhof Foundation is perceived and appreciated in the region with its products. During the internship year deepens and expands You have your knowledge and skills in the practical application and implementation of the study content. Experienced professionals support you in your learning process. What matters is you. Every single person is at the center with their individual quality of life. We do everything we can to ensure that our approximately 250 residents, 246 daycareers and 52 employees at protected workplaces in the Wagerenhof can enjoy the highest possible quality of life. • Accompaniment and support of day care providers according to our agogic concepts in the sense of an individual quality of life
• Collaboration in different studios with different design and crafts focuses, mainly in the studio decoration, where each afternoon seasonal group activities with different contents are offered

• Maintenance of history documentation
• Self-responsible development of competencies according to the framework curriculum
