• Management and leadership of a service team of eight professionals
• Main contact person for customers in relation to elevator installations
• Responsibility for budget and management of the operational service business
• Coordination and monitoring of service and portfolio planning
• Ensuring service quality and implementation of customer projects

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training such as polymechanic:in or electrical installer:in
• Professional experience in elevator service and management experience
• Commercial training is an advantage
• Strong customer orientation and organizational thinking skills
• Safe handling of Office365 and good knowledge of German in word and writing
