- Damit du die komplexen Systeme unserer Schienenfahrzeuge kennenlernst und selbstständig Inspektionsarbeiten durchführen kannst, durchläufst du bei uns eine interne, bezahlte Kurzausbildung zwischen drei und sechs Monaten, je nach Standort.
- Damit bereiten wir dich optimal auf deinen Einsatz vor.
- Bringst du bereits Schienenfahrzeugkenntnisse mit, besuchst du nur die für dich relevanten Kurse.
- Für die zum Teil physisch anspruchsvollen Aufgaben bist du körperlich belastbar.
- Doch keine Sorge, auf Hilfe und Unterstützung kannst du dich jederzeit verlassen.
- Bei uns zählen Miteinander und Gemeinschaft im Team.
- Da sämtliche Anweisungen und Dokumentationen elektronisch sind, hast du keine Berührungsängste mit digitalen Hilfsmitteln.
- Mit einer abgeschlossenen Berufslehre EFZ als Mechtroniker:in, Elektroinstallateur:in, Automobil-Mechatroniker:in, Automatikmonteur:in oder Polymechaniker:in mit Verständnis im elektrischen Bereich bist du ideal gerüstet für die neue Aufgabe. Eine Weiterbildung zum (Elektro-/Elektronik-) Techniker HF (oder die Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren) ist von Vorteil für deine Weiterentwicklung.
- Du hast sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und bist bereit im Schichtdienst (7 x 24 Stunden) zu arbeiten.
