Company and context
- You will also promote the EHS culture across the organization. In this exciting role you will
- Be the main contact for specific Departments and act as back-up for others.
- Be the back-up of the EHS Director during her absences.
- Be customer-oriented with the desire of finding solutions with main partners when EHS issues are detected.
- Seek experts help if necessary.
- Organize regular site safety inspections with department/area owners; report findings and follow up their correction and prevention.
- Perform incident investigations and propose corrective actions to be implemented.
- Help on risk assessments and providing solutions to minimize risks.
- Assume the role of EHS Coordinator in the Crisis Management organisation.
- Follow up all audits findings, and evaluate the effectiveness of their corrective and preventive actions.
