For our temporary work pool we are looking for spontaneous and temporary work assignments in the hourly wage from now on or by agreement
The focus of your assignments is on the short-term support of the teams on the stations in the Clienia Young area. In the case of personnel bottlenecks, you will be asked via SMS whether you can make a temporary work assignment. You perform the work assignments in the hourly wage on the three stations of our KJPP. The assignments are made both in early service and late service, as well as on weekends.
Their tasks
- individual and resource-oriented support of our patients within a milieutherapeutic treatment setting
- the individual care and care of patients as well as contact with relatives in consultation with the parent team
- a co-creating, interprofessional cooperation
- design, actively lead and accompany the conduct of individual meetings, group offers as well as the daily structure and leisure activities
- the agreement and planning of the treatment with the competent doctors and therapists

- You are flexible and quickly find your way around in different settings
- You have experience in child and adolescent psychiatry
- You like to support the teams with bottlenecks and get involved
